The L10 scorecard, without the Monday spreadsheet

MULTI-UNIT OPS · 2026

If you run on EOS, the Level 10 meeting is the best hour of your week — scorecard, rocks, IDS, done in ninety minutes. For multi-unit operators, one part quietly breaks: the scorecard itself.

Why the multi-unit L10 scorecard breaks

Your five-to-fifteen measurables live in different systems — comp and sales in the POS, labor in your scheduling app, checklist completion in your audit tool, the rest in someone’s head. So every Monday someone rebuilds the scorecard by hand: export, copy, paste, reconcile. It is two or three hours of assembly before the meeting even starts, and by the time it is built it is already a few days stale.

If you want to see the shape of it before you change anything: our free multi-unit scorecard gives you the per-store grid, the company roll-up done the right way for each measurable, and an IDS list already ranked by the biggest miss. No account, and the numbers stay in your browser. It is still a page you fill in by hand — that is the part Manifest ends.

A measurable only works if it is current

The whole point of a scorecard is that each number is current, owned, and on-track or off-track at a glance. Hand-assembly kills all three: the data lags, ownership blurs, and “green/red” becomes a judgment call made Sunday night. The discipline EOS gives you is only as good as the data feeding it.

Run the L10 where the numbers already live

Manifest auto-populates the L10 scorecard from each unit’s comp, sales, and labor — the same scorecard a thirty-store operator has run for two years. You walk into the L10 with the numbers already on the board: green / amber / red per measurable, per store, owners attached. No Monday rebuild, no stale data. It is the only multi-unit operating system with the L10 built in — next to the live wallboard, schedule builder, and walk-the-store audits it replaces.

If you operate 5–500 units on EOS and your scorecard is a weekly spreadsheet, book a demo and we will run your L10 on a seeded version of your operation.
