We replaced our own franchise software stack. Then we offered it to you.
LAUNCH POST · 2026
Our family operates thirty franchise stores. For years our software stack looked like this:
— Homebase for time and attendance
— Jolt for line checks and audits
— VantagePoint for some of the L10 reporting
— Four spreadsheets the area manager rebuilt every Monday
— A Slack channel where alerts went to die
Nothing talked to anything else. The wallboard was a printout. The schedule got rebuilt manually every week. The audit photos lived in someone's iCloud. The weekly scorecard was a calendar reminder and a Google Doc that nobody loved.
So we built our own. Internally. For one operator.
Manifest is that internal tool, productized.
A single live wallboard: green / amber / red per store, per metric. Tap any store to triage. The schedule builder is drag-to-build, no training class. The L10 scorecard auto-rolls thirty metrics across five categories — the same scorecard our DM has used for two years. Walk-the-store audits are photo-tagged, time-stamped, assignable.
Migration is included. Two stores per week per pair. Your operator stays in the seat the whole time — we don't pull them out of the floor for a kickoff call.
Pricing: $79/store/month for groups of 5-19. $69/store/month for 20-49. Custom for 50+. Annual contract. All modules included. No per-seat add-ons, no implementation fee.
We didn't build this to compete with Homebase or Jolt. We built it because we were one of their customers and we wanted out.
If you operate 5-500 units and your stack feels like ours did, book a thirty-minute demo. We'll show you the wallboard, the schedule, and the L10 — running on a seeded version of your operation.
