These Terms govern your use of Manifest, operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC ("we", "us"). By using Manifest, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Manifest is software we provide as-is. We will work hard to keep it running and useful, but we offer no uptime guarantee or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us at privacy@ruzylo.dev if you believe your account is compromised.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Manifest to harm others.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
- Don't use it to send spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
Payments & refunds
Where Manifest charges (currently via Stripe), prices are shown before checkout. One-time purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time except where required by law.
Subscriptions & billing
Manifest is sold as an annual subscription priced per store. The following terms apply, in addition to anything in your order form or master services agreement:
- Pricing: Currently $79/store/month (Standard, 5–19 stores), $69/store/month (Operator, 20–49 stores), and custom pricing for 50+ stores. All modules are included — no per-seat add-ons and no implementation fee.
- Term & billing: Annual term, billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Monthly billing carries a 5% premium over annual billing.
- Migration: Onboarding and data migration are included at no additional cost — two stores at a time, roughly one week per pair.
- Renewal: Subscriptions renew for successive annual terms unless you provide at least 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
- Cancellation & data: You may cancel effective at the end of your current term with 30 days' notice. Your data is exportable in one click as JSON or CSV — your data is yours.
- Refunds: Prices are shown before checkout. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time within a term except where required by law.
- Agreement: Use of Manifest is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can stop using Manifest and request deletion at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, with notice where feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Manifest is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will email registered users and update this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
