The Level 10 meeting agenda
MULTI-UNIT OPS · 2026
The EOS Level 10 (L10) meeting is a fixed 90-minute weekly cadence with the same agenda every time. The discipline is the point — same day, same time, same structure — so the team stops re-inventing the meeting and starts running the business.
The agenda, timeboxed
Segue (5 min) — personal + business good news. Scorecard (5 min) — review your 5–15 weekly numbers; off-track ones become issues. Rock review (5 min) — quarterly priorities, on/off track. Headlines (5 min) — customer + employee one-liners. To-do list (5 min) — last week's 7-day commitments, done or not. IDS (60 min) — Identify, Discuss, Solve the issues list. Conclude (5 min) — recap to-dos, rate the meeting 1–10.
Why 90 minutes works
The timebox forces triage: the team spends the bulk of the hour on solving (IDS), not reporting. Reporting is supposed to be near-instant because the numbers are already in front of everyone. That's the assumption that quietly breaks.
The part that breaks at scale
Across 5–500 units, the scorecard is where L10 falls apart. Someone spends Monday morning rebuilding a spreadsheet from each location's numbers, it's stale by the meeting, and the 5-minute scorecard segment becomes a 30-minute “whose number is right” argument that eats the IDS time.
Fix the input, keep the cadence
Manifest auto-rolls the L10 scorecard from each unit's live numbers — sales, labor %, audits, comps — so it's current the moment the meeting starts and nobody rebuilds anything. Keep the EOS discipline; delete the Monday spreadsheet. See the time + payroll it saves with the ROI calculator.
